Joe, why don’t you give everyone a little background about
how you’ve used stick strategies. I’ve learned so much from
you in this area. You have really shown me why they are so
important to our business.
Joe:
Well, quickly, who am I?
I started out as a carpet cleaner years ago, and I learned
marketing and a lot of the things we’re going to talk about
here. I did it because I needed to feed myself.
I was living off credit cards and didn’t have any clue how to
market myself.

I’m actually a convert of my own system. Going back in time,
I was offering carpet cleaning services to people, and I had no
clue how to develop a compelling message.
