“Man, since when did little Emmy Sinclair grow up to be such a hottie? She’s sure
got a nice set of…twins.”
“Well, well. Dad’s annual neighborhood barbecue just got a whole lot more
interesting.”
Devlin McKay cast an irritated glance at his younger brothers Riley and Jake. “Will
the two of you shut up?” He took a swig from the cold beer in his hand. Privately, he
echoed the very same thing in his head. The yearly block party his parents hosted was a
yawner most times, something he and his brothers endured rather than enjoyed. But his
body had done the oddest thing upon seeing his long-time neighbor walk through the
gate, wearing a soft cotton T-shirt that molded her chest and jean shorts that showed off
her killer legs. Thank you, Mother Nature, for the unseasonably warm weather.
His cock twitched in sudden, rapt attention. He was damn glad he was standing in
front of the large barbecue grill. At least he wouldn’t be embarrassed by his sophomoric
reaction.
“What? You’re not pleasantly surprised by how she turned out?” Riley asked in
disbelief.
Jake, the youngest at thirty, gave a short laugh. “She used to kick my ass in flag
football.”
“Still can, I’d bet,” Riley snickered. “I guess she grew out of her tomboy phase, after
all.”
Did she ever. Devlin shifted slightly, taking another look at Emily. It was hard to
believe this was the same girl who used to pester her three brothers, Eric, Brett and
Alex, to let her join the games they had played. The McKays and the Sinclairs were
neighbors and, with three boys from each family, had naturally drifted together as kids.
