This is my 24th published title and 5th book with the group that is now
Course Technology PTR. It’s been a true pleasure working with Stacy Hiquet,
Mitzi Koontz, and the whole team at Course Technology PTR. A big hug goes
out to all of you. You really are the best in the business.
This is my fourth book with Jenny Davidson as project editor. Jenny’s edits,
comments, and suggestions are always on target, and the final product is signif-
icantly better because of her efforts. (This also marks the fourth time that
Jenny has edited this paragraph.)
I had a great team of technical editors. Charlie Wood, Brian Galicia, Eric
Boocock, Jon White, Kevin Williamson, and Steve Stroz all served as tech
editors on this book, and collectively they know everything about Microsoft
Dynamics CRM. I was so impressed throughout the process, both with their
professionalism and their mastery of the subject.

really designed a great product!
