Installation Guide Choosing the right version for your device ------------------------------------------ There are two versions of e-Mobile Email installation files. One for devices with OS 4.5 and up and one for devices with OS lower than 4.5 To determine that right version for your device: 1. From your device, click "Options" icon. 2. Select "About" from the list. 3. You will see the about screen describing your device configuration such as: Blackberry 8800 Wireless Handheld (EDGE) v4.2.1.74 (Platform 2.3.0.54) v4.2.1.74 is the OS, it means your device has OS 4.2.1 4. If your device OS is less than 4.5, choose "os42".
