HOW TO MANUALLY INSTALL PLUG-IN

When you installed Neat Video, Setup offered to automatically install
the plug-in into Adobe Premiere. In case you chose Setup to not
install the plug-in into Premiere at that time or Setup could
not automatically install it, you still can manually install the
plug-in into Premiere using the guidelines below.

To manually install Neat Video plug-in into Adobe Premiere Pro:

    Copy the NeatVideo.prm file from the Neat Video installation folder
    (typically, C:\Program Files\Neat Video for Premiere\) into
    the \Plug-ins\en_US\ subfolder inside the Premiere Pro folder.
    
      Typically, the NeatVideo.prm file should be copied to:
        C:\Program Files\Adobe\Premiere Pro x.x\Plug-ins\en_US\

    Then re-start Premiere Pro, and find "Neat Video > Reduce noise" 
    in Premiere's Video Effects list.


To manually install Neat Video plug-in into Adobe Premiere Elements:

    Copy the NeatVideo.prm file from the Neat Video installation folder
    (typically, C:\Program Files\Neat Video for Premiere\) into
    the \Plug-ins\en_US\ subfolder inside the Premiere Elements folder.
    
      Typically, the NeatVideo.prm file should be copied to:
        C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Elements x.x\Plug-ins\en_US\

    Then re-start Premiere Elements, and find "Neat Video > Reduce noise" 
    in Premiere's Video Effects list.
    
    

Run patch on:
NeatVideo.prm in Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\CS4\MediaCore\ 
and
NeatVideo.prm in Neat Video for Premiere installation directory
